2. Service description
Joplaz is a job search assistance platform offering:
- A Chrome extension for automatic application form filling
- AI-powered CV and cover letter generation tools
- A job search system with compatibility scoring
- An automated application workflow
- Application tracking
- Interview revision sheets
- Interview training
3. Registration
Registration is free. The user must provide a valid email address and create a password.
4. AI Creations and subscriptions
The service operates with an AI creations system. Free users receive a monthly quota of AI creations. Paid subscriptions offer higher quotas. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly with no commitment. Users can cancel at any time.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. The user is informed before any payment.
7. Liability
Joplaz does not guarantee employment. The service is a job application assistance tool. The user remains solely responsible for their applications.
8. Intellectual property
The site content (texts, images, code) is the property of Joplaz. Documents generated by AI (CVs, letters) belong to the user.
9. Termination
The user can delete their account at any time. Joplaz reserves the right to suspend an account in case of abusive use.
10. Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
